KJ Strategy Group was founded by Kelon Jones after he saw too many law firms being underserved by the traditional agency model. Accounts were often assigned to junior specialists, while reports focused on impressions, clicks and conversions without showing whether firms were actually signing clients.

Marketing was only part of the problem. Missed calls, slow follow-up and disconnected technology caused valuable opportunities to fall through the cracks. Many firms had no reliable way to know which marketing investments were generating revenue.
